Fowler wins a major every night he goes home to Allison
This is true. In my prior hypothetical I failed to figure in the "you get paid millions to play golf and do bad commercials and you have a smokin' hot wife at home so who really gives a **** if you win a Major because you've won life" effect.
A long career? Yes. But a successful career is more what I'm saying.
Would you rather by Bryson and have a great run where you win 3-4 Majors over a 2-3 year period, or be Rickie Fowler who will play professional until he's 50 but never win ****?
Not sure there's a right or wrong answer, but I guess I don't blame Bryson for just going for it.
If I’m a true competitor I want the majors. Rickie is a good golfer but at this point I don’t think he ever wins one. People are remembered for winning majors and why not go for it while you can.
I feel like Rickie should’ve been winning at least one around 2015 when he won the players but he could never quite get there in the big ones. Nothing wrong with a long and successful career never winning a major though.

1st & 2nd Round Groupings & Tee Times have been announced:
I like JT, Scheffler, Cantlay, Xander, and Finau. Brooks coming off an injury layoff concerns me. Spieth is too inconsistent mentally even though he just won this past weekend. Bryson isn't accurate enough to win at Augusta.
