He also sucked against Notre Dame, Kansas, and K State. Come to think of it, that’s the last three games of the season. Wonder if teams finally started to figure him out down the stretch?
In each of those games, Breece had a better ypc (the only stat you care about) than Goodson did against Illinois, Michigan, Purdue, and USC... In each of those games, Breece had more rushing yards than Goodson did in 9/12 of the games he played in.
Hall had 137 yards and two TD's against Kansas and "sucked"
Hall had 71 yards and a TD vs Kansas State and "sucked"
Hall had 100 yards vs Notre Dame and "sucked"
One was an all-american for P5 schools. The other was an Honorable mention all-american....for the MAC. Big difference
You are REALLY bad at this. The whole thing with Iowa being a racist program and your hero KF being okay with racism the last 21 years as clearly messed you up. Even more that is.
It's just dumb lol. I feel like he believes because we think Hall is better, it diminishes Goodson in some way? No lol. BOTH were good running backs last year, especially for freshman, but Hall was better, plain and simple. He wasn't just better than Goodson either and that's why Hall received so many accolades.
It also is a flawed argument in the fact that he uses Hall's TCU and Iowa statistics in which he had a grand total of 2 carries in both of those games. Take those 2 games out, and Breece's ypc against top-40 defenses is 4.7.
Besides that 1 run of 13 yards, Goodson had 4 more carries for 3 more yards in that game. STUD.
Thanks for proving my point that Goodson is only a big run type of guy and not a workhorse like Hall who consistently gets his 4-5 YPC by doing it on almost every run.
It’s not trolling to point out that Hall played terrible defenses. He and Goodson had the same ypc on the season. One RB played a bunch of really good defense, the other RB played a bunch of awful defenses. I legitimately think Goodson is better than Hall. You guys are so fragile that you can’t even handle dissenting opinions without throwing a fit.
For some reason, you guys refuse to acknowledge that every Big XII offensive player has inflated stats because they play terrible defenses every week.
He was more of a big play guy last year for sure. That’s why he put on 10 pounds of muscle in the offseason. 5’10”, 200 pounds is enough size to handle a fuller workload IMO.
Answer these two questions:
Is Hall bigger and faster than Goodson?
Is hall a better receiver than Goodson?
Do you admit the Big 10 defenses aren't that great because the offensives are so piss poor?
We aren't fragile, we just believe in facts. Tangible things. Like accolades. You are trying your absolute hardest to make it appear Goodson was just as good as Hall, but he wasn't and it's not even close.
It's funny you bring up the Big12's "bad defenses" but refuse to talk about how the Big10 has some of the worst offenses in all of college football and how THAT inflates your conferences defensive stats
