This just in... we stink. Man... 99.9% of the time I'm a "glass is half full" kind of guy.

But this... this is abysmal. It is frustrating too because I know how good we can be. This isn't us tonight. Or, maybe it wasn't us last week when we played KU. Maybe KU just had a down game and it was them.

At this point, I see no reason to even suspect we will even compete in the remaining games.

I should be drinking myself into oblivion right now. I can't even believe I'm typing this negative stuff. Good Lord!!!

The teams we play on the road next year are planning their 2009 homecoming weeekends around us I would bet.

Actually, that is no joke, it has happened before. There was one year, a few years ago, in which we were the homecoming opponent for EVERY SINGLE road game on the schedule.

I agree. Unless this coaching staff has a guaranteed can't miss 5-star quarterback recruit that nobody knows about who is about to announce for ISU, playing Tiller now burns a year of eligibility for no reason. In the long run there is really very little difference between finishing 2-10, 3-9, or 4-8.

I do not expect AA to take every snap the rest of the season. That could be painful. You need a backup who has some experience.

That's why you put a stiff like Beuker out there this year. Tiller's RS SR year is much more important than this wasted season. He'll have plenty of time to get some experience over the next two years.

Two reasons. #1, we haven't gotten any turnovers. #2, the offense hasn't been able to sustain many drives.
