They were talking about a sign in the end zone that said "This is Bear Country" and were saying the stands in front of it were bare. When they asked if it was mis-spelled, Bruns said he wouldn't put it past the school system down here.
It was just a statement of the spelling 'bear' vs. 'bare'.
The endzone has a tarp that says this is bear country. He made a comment that it must be a misspelleing since noone is there.

Haven't heard a word yet about what the plan is for a backup quarterback. Has it been mentioned tonight during the coverage?
Tiller? Bueker? Other?
Can't imagine this wasn't addressed in pregame coverage . . . (maybe it was and I missed it).

I saw a guy going to the KU game today wearing a shirt that said
"I just have three questions:
1. Who's *** are we kicking?
2. What time is kickoff?
3. Wheres my beer?"
And this was actually something he bought in a store... Apparently good grammar is optional.
