Then how do you explain the post I resonded too?

At some point there has to be an objective view of Prohm's actual amount of responsibility in the finish the team had at the end of the season. I am rational enough to know that there have been several factors leading to both wins and losses this year.

I completely agree. It’s frustrating when someone points out one of those factors is the head coach and is instantly called “not a real fan” or called names (as you did me) for pointing out your contradictiory logic and behavior.

He is a much smaller factor in what has happened than most critics on here believe or would admit. Still a factor though.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, so here is mine. While I am disappointed with how the regular season ended, it was far from a complete disaster. Many programs would be thrilled to win 20 games and go to the NCAA tourney, including two in my immediate neighborhood of Omaha. I completely agree with those who claim they could, or even should have done better, especially with their fast start. Plus, I recognize that CSP has some flaws, just like several of his players. However, replacing him is not the answer IMO. I witnessed Nebraska do that with coach Frank Solich when he replaced Osborne about twenty years ago and everyone knows where that got them. If you don't remember, look it up. The team played with heart, determination, and effort today, they just got beat by a very good team that played better. If they were to replace CSP, his successor could be better, but he could also be worse. Just be prepared for that possibility.

1 - Stop letting THT be in the game in important moments. Dude is the definition of hero ball, and rarely, RARELY makes the plays when we need them, yet constantly tries doing it all on his own

2 - Talley was the only one who had any impact on Culver. Glad we kept him out in the second half so Culver could eat all over us.
I didn’t realize Talley was a senior.. prohm ruined the guys senior year with his stupid bull crap line ups.. feel bad for the guy.

I would have liked to see more Talley and don't understand why we didn't. I'm not sure how sorry I feel for him though. He got asked to leave from his previous school, I believe got in trouble and missed the scrimmage last season, and then got suspended for the first seven games this year.

Not sure how that jives with the info that he came here as a grad transfer after finishing his degree at ODU in 3.5 years and had 2 years eligibility when he came here. He's also on track to complete his masters' this semester.

Cool 4th post.

Your 1st post was earlier tonight and was super critical of Phohm? That seems like it's on the up and up. Very normal.

What’s the purpose in behaving this way? What do you hope to accomplish with posts like these?

There are plenty of smart people that make bad decisions. Talley was asked to leave, but stayed at OD for summer term and took a crazy amount of credits so he could grad transfer.

Edit
Got suspended twice at Old Dominion and took 27 credits during the summer to grad transfer.

Him and lard were both suspended.. lard was integrated back into the team, Talley saw trash minutes.when the freshman and starting lineup started sputtering he should of gotten the chance. Prohm held as tight as he could to his lineups.. now at the worst possible time is trying something new.

What's he trying new? I missed most of the game today.

Talley started over THT, but pretty sure it was just for Senior day.

Kind of figured that's what he was referring to, but wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. I didn't know if something happened in the last 25 minutes.

How has it been so easy for you then?

Just for the record...I have never accepted mediocrity in my life and never will ...the same as Matt Campbell ...aim high aka winning a big 12 championship and go on to the natl championship playoffs....Thats what Brock Purdy is saying anyway...and I agree with him AIM HIGH.....

I'm quite sure they were aiming high. Why else would the team have a blow up when things went south if they didn't have far higher expectations? At the end of the day, everything is still in front of them in the only thing matters once you make the tournament.
