Uconn really played well tonight, we would have won though if we hit some of the easy shots inside and free throws. Sucks to lose these seniors, but can't wait to see how great this team will be next year!

UCONN played lights out and we played terrible. And we STILL should have won that thing. So disappointing! But incredible year. Will miss Ejim and Kane, but as Hogue and Morris demonstrated tonight...the future is bright.

Amazing game by Hogue tonight. Hope we see more of that beast mode on a regular basis next season.

Great season, fun team, love these guys. Almost put up 50 in the 2nd half, but missed too many FT and around the rim tonight. Credit to UCONN, they shot lights out, couldn't stop their guards.

Gonna ice my nuts and cry a little. At least they get all summer to heal up before football season. We're going to be just as good if not better next year

Bummer of a game for Ejim, I didn't realize he was 3/13. It was only a five point game but felt like we lost by twenty. Oh well it was still a great year!!

Two of those buckets were at the end of the game. Yikes.

Anyway, our seniors Kane and Ejim were warriors throughout the season. The shots just weren't falling today.

Really excited for next year. Monte looks like a gamechanger. Hogue might be better than Ejim. We get Niang back + we get transfers.

Hogue was phenomenal! Glad to have him back. I could see him as a double double machine next year.

UCONN was great. We were rattled and got out played, but Dustin Hogue played like a man. Sad to see this season end like this!

Thank you DeAndre. Thank you Melvin. I enjoyed watching this team so much, but particularly these two guys this year. Definitely a year to remember for a long time!

Very proud of this team. Bunch of fighters, and I had a blast this year.

As for the game, I can't be the only one that thought missed gimmes at the rim were more critical than the missed FTs, right? We left at least a dozen points on the floor by missing a lot of high percentage shots under the basket. Probably more.

For all the worshipping of their guards, the difference in the game was the FT line. Got Morris, Niang, and Hogue for next year. Future is bright.

Weird I just want football over so we can start bball again.

Daniels had a career night, which keeps the streak of role players destroying us going.

The final score indicates how our season went by no means. We were picked to be at the bottom of the Big 12 preseason. We fought our way into the top 10. We fought through the mid season humps. We brought home the tournament championship. It's safe to say that we earned our position and we showed that we deserve respect. No one will overlook us and we shouldn't overlook this season and what it stands for. Last year was supposed to be a rebuilding season. This year was supposed to be a rebuilding season. My hopes are still high for the near future and our program. I am still damn proud to be a Cyclone and wouldn't have it any other way.
