No More Schlitz

Schlitz is an interesting story. It was the #1 selling beer for years, before prohibition I think. Then in the early 70s they changed the recipe and it was terrible. And they became a joke and went in the tank.

Pabst bought the brand name maybe 10 years ago and started brewing the original recipe again. I had some and it was honestly pretty good! So kind of bummer they arent' making it anymroe.
Yeah, it’s actually been pretty good for awhile, like Grain Belt. But it just never seem to find its crowd.

I remember being able to get it about 20 years ago and it was a decent lager for the price.
"Just a kiss of the hops."

Realignment Megathread (All The Moves)

And it didn’t have to be this way. Greed killed it. The dumbest thing is that everyone would be making more money if they just all banded together.
Where would that money be going? To the arms race ? Gross

As long as we yearn for the amateurism of yesteryear, the big business of college football was going to be unraveling at the seams

90-73 Fever. I thought the game started at 7:00 our time. Indiana's Boston dominated, as did Hines-Allen. Seems BC and Gustafson are rarely used together. Bridget had 16 pts and Gus is not as dominate of a player as I thought.

Gustafson is a HUGE liability on defense and is limited offensively, but the Fire really do not have any kind of post player. In the win vs Conn MG did not play in the second half.

Dumbest Thing You Believed

Yeah, by the End Times, he ain't effin around anymore.

Just prior to The Stunning Conclusion, John of Patmos has him ride in on a white horse.

Then there's a whole lot of hellfire and brimstone. Wailing. Gnashing of teeth.

After a thousand years, give or take a day, Satan makes a prison break, and then there's a big war before all the bad people go to Fire Lake.

A bit later, the angel tells John that Jesus has just rolled up in his Alpha Omega.

What's not to believe?

Jackson Kiss changes commitment to UNLV

I just find it interesting that, if he and TJ had a mutual decision to part ways, UNLV would offer him and he'd commit right away, without a plan already in place for him there. It's not like UNLV offered him months ago and he reconsidered his commitment to ISU and asked out of his NLI to go there.
I think of it more like a JJ situation optimistically. We all know he wanted to come here initially but there wasn’t room so he developed and came later. Not saying that’s what’s going to happen but we just saw something like this play out.
