I need advice. The college kid needs a vehicle and given the costs for used vehicles I am looking at the best deals available. I see five-to-seven year old Dodge Journeys out there low miles under $10k. The last Chrysler product I owned was an Eagle Vision in the 90s and I vowed I would never buy another Chrysler. Should I stick to my guns and stay away or are my fears overblown? Wife says AWD is a must other than that make and model doesn’t matter. My buddy only buys Chryslers and never has an issue. Thoughts?

Their best win is an out of conference game to a less than impressive 2 loss team. This is by far their best win. Not one other win is remotely impressive. What are we doing?

I guess they won last year… that’s it. but this year is so watered down, that Texas game is all they have.

Indiana, a win vs Oregon. They have absolutely nothing else.

We need season long bracket play. If you win, you play other teams that win. Lose, you can come back but only by winning vs other teams of the same record. There just has to be another way. End of season would have 10-0 vs 10-0, 9-1 vs 9-1… 1-9 vs 1-9. Why can’t we make this happen?

Looking to get my man cave started. With Black Friday around the corner I figured now would be a good time to get a TV for the basement to get my man cave started.

I’m looking for a 75” TV. My main question right now is, does the refresh rate really matter? The TV will 90% of the time be used for sports. There are 60hz TVs on Best Buy for as low as $350 dollars, but for 120hz the cheapest option is like $900. I’m ok with expending the extra cash if there is a notice difference regarding blur etc.

I'm an old man and my memory isn't the best but I don't remember having 2 byes in the same season. I'm curious why the Big XII is doing this. Are there more teams in the conference than TV outlets to televise the games?

Question for all the RV tailgaters…. Are there any free parking areas that are within a reasonable walking distance to the village that people would recommend? We have an RV pass for the KU game and my parents normally park in the MU and walk to our normal lot in C1-C2 so they weren’t interesting in walking from the MU to the village. Thanks in advance!

Can’t say I had a lot from Rogue, Dead Guy Ale and Batsquatch were decent.

This was a fantastic day! As well ahead of what transpired last weekend, but nonetheless, I knew it to be true (Owned= TCU). My daughters, Maggie May and Charlie Paige didn’t even know at the the time, but I felt it! They were there, I was there… but knew what would happen. So, at least I have that going for me. Lol

Curious if anyone knows why mens/womens golf and track & field aren't apart of this?

Sounds like we will have the following lineup.

125 - Stevo - excited to see him in cardinal and gold. Will be great for him to get a match ahead of CyHawk.

133 - Pearson - will be awesome for the true freshman to get a Hilton experience. Personally think this kid will be a stud in the future.

141 - Ech or E Frost - wondering if they weigh Evan in (obviously because he’s on his descent) but also get him a match here.

149 - Paniro - looked great last weekend. Hope he continues the aggressive style.

157 - Zerban or J Frost - sounds like we might see Frost here. I like that. Let Zerban recover from whatever hobbled him last weekend and keep J Frost ready.

165 - Euton - was most impressed with him last weekend, fun to watch.

174 - MJ - hope to see some great leg attacks and leg defense from MJ.

184 - Dean - would like to see more offense from Isaac in this one.

197 - CJ Carter - has a great test with the #1 D2 197. Would be nice for him to show a little something since he’s going to see spot matches this year.
