Yuengling expanding distribution

Don't understand the hype. It's such a mid beer IMO. It's fine, but it's not the holy grail some people make it out to be.

It's great on the scale of cheap domestics.

Sure, there are better craft beers, but that's not who this beer competes with. I'll take a yuengling over a bud or busch any day.

Bout time, our lodge redeems cans and bottles and gives the money to charities and school needs( field trips, contests, and books) and hate tossing thecans because the state of Iowa won't redeem them.

Sell them for aluminum and donate?

This. Plus, Their light version, Flight, is miles better than the other domestic lights.

It's what you're comparing it to.

It's very average beer, but it's priced the same as ****** beer. So for the $, it's pretty fantastic. It's Busch Light cost with much more flavor, and it's owned by the same American family, not some constantly shifting faceless corporation headquartered god knows where.

For the money it's hard to find something better. That's not to say that there isn't much better beer out there because there is. It's basically the same price as Busch lattes are but a whole lot better. If it was another Bud Light/Busch Light/Miller Lite then I wouldn't care in the least.

I'm not a beer expert by any means but I switched to Yuengling Flight or Light after the Busch Light melt down. Everybody has different tastes but it hits the spot for me. I live 10 miles from Missouri so I have easy access and yes the IA redemption stamp is on the cans and I confirmed that our local redemption center takes the cans now. Even before they've sold it in Iowa.

This for sure. I have a case of Flight in the fridge yet, Just finished a 12 pack I had. I haven't had a Bud Light in years and Flight has more taste than Busch Lite.
