I can eat chicken/seafood more frequently than any red meat. But I do love a big medium/medium rare steak or prime rib.

I eat more chicken than beef, but you have to go with beef because of the variety in which you can prepare different areas.

Veal, steak (so many varieties), beef ribs, brisket, burgers, pepperjax, etc, etc.

Pork is the correct answer because it's so versatile. Pork can do everything beef can, and then some.


I disagree. Chops or loins will not replace a steak, hamburger for a burger is also unique. I say this unfortunately as a hog farmer.
