The netflix effect?
Many of my friends won't start watching a new series until it is in the 3rd or 4th season, because they have been burned on so many shows.

No mom is going to live after a C section with a pocket knife.I remember last season someone asking about Lori after the baby was born. The way I took it was that maybe the moms dont live past the birth anyways. Then with last nights episode they were focusing on Glenn and Maggie not being pregs.. IDK. I think being knocked up is bad.
I'm betting the Gov is the guy feeding the rat to the zombie. He is inside the prison
pardon me? lol....the infatuation with zombies, vampires, and hobbits is at an all-time high.
enjoy your fantasy world...weirdo

I know there was a "flashback" scene a year or two ago involving Shane and Lori ... Atlanta getting bombed, etc... Has there been any episode where they know specifically how this "disease" got started? Or are we just left to assume that spiritual things are at play?
Anyone think there will be some flashbacks at all? Involving how "zombies came to be?" Perhaps someone that knows how it happened or created the "virus" that turned people this way.
Weird, crazy chick might have been hot if she took a shower.
The writers are 10x smarter than me but I don't see how you can keep the season intresting when everyone is happy and safe inside the prison. Something big has to happen soon that will force them out and back on the road. They have to get some sort of storyline going. Rick's imbalanced mental state is not enough.

My guess is Harry Potter isn't the only one turning zombie that night, so a little chaos and death inside the prison might fit that description.

I avoided this thread since I didn't watch it until last night(still haven't watched Talking Dead), but I'm surprised at how many people were down on that episode. It had some mindless action, developed some old characters, introduced a couple new characters with potential, and the ending left the season wide open. What else do you want?
They have that and whoever's baiting the zombies from inside the gates.

When did this happen?
Agreed. So much time has passed that they HAVE to build in some back story or it would be confusing as ****.
BTW, I knew that boyfriend was going to get it as soon as I saw him.
At the very end of the episode they showed someone from within the fences feeding a rat to a walker, which is why there have been so many building up at the fences.
Jeez, how the hell did I miss that? Thanks.
