I plan to accept the job, I'm still waiting to hear from HR with the actual offer, I've just been contacted by the manager that interviewed me to give me a heads up.
I thought about taking another interview with another company, but decided that between that job and this job I'd prefer the one I've already been offered, and since it's a government job I am somewhat limited in negotiations, so I'm not going to bother trying to use it much as a barganing chip.

NAS Patuxent River is home to the Naval Air Systems Command Headquarters, the Air Test Wing Atlantic, and the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Commands.
It was used as a filming location for the Harrison Ford movie Random Hearts (1999). Ford and director Sydney Pollack both visited Naval Air Station Patuxent River. Ford, a certificated pilot, flew the aircraft himself.
