I'll agree, it's a bad timing issue now. I'll argue he should have replaced THT either last Saturday, or last night, but even that is an issue now after THT had such a good stretch last night. However, he did start to get a little wild last night, and didn't play toward the end.
Even after a bad game, Wigginton still had a chance to be a hero last night. He hit the three, then could have had a lay in instead of being blocked (iowa st still got 1 point out of that possession), and he could have connected with Halliburton on the fast break, or taken it in for his own layup, either way they would have been up, and had a real good chance to win it.
