This is a tough call for Prohm, but I've never really thought it mattered that much who starts and who doesn't..... minutes played is all that matters.

I do think it could be time to go with.....

NWB
Wiggs
THT
Shayok
Jacobson

I just think that Halliburton would be an amazing energy boost as the first guy off the bench for us, even more so than Wiggs has been.

I really don't get the concern over who starts. If we start off falling behind 10-15 points in the beginning of every game, then maybe I'll care. Otherwise, the minutes played seems like a much more important stat.

Have we started off really flat that I've seen a cause for a change?

I don’t care if he starts but waiting for the 14 minute mark of each half seems excessive to me. He didn’t get into the game until the 12 minute mark in the first half because there was no stoppage in play.

In the second half, we started really really slow and I thought Lindell should have gone in at the under 16 media timeout but Prohm waited until the 14 minute mark again.

All in all, that’s a very minor complaint. Tonight was very successful for him and the team so I’m very happy.

I think you just don’t mess with what is working. There is nothing wrong with Wigginton off the bench and he has handled it great. Only difference is when he is playing really well I’d like to see him get to the 30 min mark of playing time every time at a minimum. On a rough game you play him a little less and let someone else who is playing better take those min. Prohm is doing fine handling all of it though.

Post game over-reaction:

Before the game: Wiggy's not ready to start and certainly not ready for the NBA.

After the game: Definite first-round NBA pick

Delivered 18 points in 21 minutes at Mississippi , that's pure gold in getting a road win.
