I will not root harder against a player we didn't get than this kid. I hope he's Cal's Brannen Greene for the next 4 years.
I'm just going to continue to ignore Cal basketball like I have for the last three decades. Nothing changes. Follow Prohm's lead and move on.
Is there anything we can do here to point out to the NCAA how obvious the tampering is here? JFC, what's the rule for if not this exact situation?
20 years since a Sweet 16, even Iowa has made one since then. Surprised not a single Cal fan made it over to discuss, must not be a lot of Cal bball fans.
I am positive that the only thing CAL fans care about, is their ability to say they "go to Berkley", their QB's in the NFL, and talking about how much they hate Stanford and are better than them.

Another article mentioning a "falling out" or "situation" that happened with Iowa State... man, I am really curious as to what this is. Darius looks to be one hard working dude and I was excited to have him coming here. Anyways, time to move on...

"It wasn't anything like that," said McNeill. "When I was going to Iowa State, I saw that Walker went to Cal, but I just told him 'congrats,' and went about my business. When I got a release, I wasn't thinking about going to Cal, until I talked with the head coach, Wyking Jones. He was telling me about their playing style, and that's my type of game. Having somebody up there that I'm already familiar with, I just took that [opportunity]. It wasn't like, 'Oh, I see Walker going, so I'll de-commit.' It was nothing like that. I was all for Iowa State until that situation happened."
