I'm guessing we're only going to get Diallo or Dime. If Dime commits we stay after Diallo, but he'll go somewhere else were he's the guy in the middle. If you want to make the pro's after one year(which he said) you almost need to be the guy at your position. Especially ISU. Without Clarke in the picture guessing we're going to wait for the transfer market. Then we'll have gone 3 year without a high schooler committing to us. Not a bad thing since we've got some pretty good players.

Ya if I had to guess I'd say we add Dime and 1-2 transfers. Frustrating not getting HS players but you have to go to your hot hand and transfers and jucos is what is working now so we may as well keep going back to that

It's not what is working now, it's what has been working for the past 5 years. It's now a tried and true method of team building at this point which hasn't even culminated yet even after beating KU on the way to a Big12 tourney title and a sweet 16 with a win over UNC without our best player. HS kids are for UK, KU, Duke, etc. on one end and teh Iowa Hoks on the far other end. All those HS guys in the middle can be feast or famine and we've even been feasting on that so far so I'm not sure if you've forgotten about MM or Thomas, or now Custer.

Hoiball is something new and I get that it can be hard to adjust to. Maybe when espn, cbs, 24/7, etc start giving transfers stars it will interest you more?

By the way just check out dimes high school highlight video. He's really good. He's kind of an underrated signing if we get him imo. I believe he's or best center recruit in the Hoiberg era to date if we get him.

3 years without a high schooler committing and this will be the most talented team in the Hoiberg era...the guy has it figured out
