Give it another 20 years and you will realize how cyclical things are.
When I think things are bad, I think about my 6 uncles, dad and my two grandfathers. All drafted in wars, my issues are nothing compared to them.
Not sure, there are 2 different phone numbers, same realty company. I'm thinking it sold really fast and they just put up a sign for the buyer and seller's agents???
All the bad traits are from you. Welcome to in-laws. I learned to make passive aggressive jokes about it to help me cope.
Kid throws a fit = <chuckling> My uncle Eddie used to throw fits just like that. He ended up killing a guy in prison.
Kid spills milk = That's so me. I used to spill milk so much my mom stopped giving me a glass and just poured it on the table.

Hey I can finally post again, only thing is I don't know why I couldn't before. The reply boxes were gray and when I'd click them it went to another page that I couldn't write on either. More rain in my area this evening.
I used to be the person that always believed good always wins in the end, but man, it’s definitely getting hard for me to maintain that ideology.
Supposed to be working on a disaster recovery test for the last 24 hours. Replication is not working so of course they wanted all hands at 8am British. Now I'm up and still no replication. This test is scheduled for 96 hours which in itself is ridiculous for a DR test. I can pretty much guarantee they will want to do this again before summer is over.
There are plenty of good people....just look at RTT, for example.
And no, I'm not being sarcastic!
It really is not going all that bad. We went zip lining yesterday morning and I am taking LittleWx fishing when we are done with breakfast. I just like to complain about my in-laws and what better place to do it then CF.
Also making sure I stay on top of homework and I got a paper graded from last week. 100% with the comment "Nice work and good conclusions. Close enough."

I'm not supposed to do this yet, but I skimmed through some of the comments from a prof's copy of my dissertation.
I knew it from his approach to the defense, but I made a really good impression. He was really engaged and interacting with what he read.
