Wxman told me I was mentioned, thought I'd drop a note.
First, to address my hasty departure. There were 2 reasons.
First, I feel RTT should be a friendly place where everyone can just talk. It became clear to me that "00clone" had become a point of friction, subjecting everyone in the thread to conflict that I didn't want to mess up RTT.
Second, "00clone" as a persona is kind of a remnant of my 20 years of life away from my faith, a persona that developed partly as a defense mechanism, and a persona that is not who I want to be going forward. I tried short breaks from CF to readjust, but kept falling back into the same patterns upon return.
I changed my password to something I wouldn't remember so that I couldn't just 'pop in' so easily, but obviously, I can reset it if I need to, but other than this quick update, I probably won't be back at least for a long-ish time.
An update for those who might care, late on August 18th, my town got 7" of rain in 2 hours, and the ravine that dumps into my back yard turned into a stream that thru a few ways filled my basement to about 8" of the ceiling with muddy farm runoff. The last 3 weeks have been cleaning it up, demolishing the finished basement, throwing away almost all of our stuff that was down there (kids' toys, mementos, brewing supplies, etc). We had insurance, but it didn't cover near what we were lead to believe it did. We have about 40K worth of bills on our kitchen counter, insurance will cover some to most of those bills, but not all, and doesn't cover any of the personal property that was down there, nor redoing the basement (if we decide to do that, right now, we're hesitant unless something is done to fix the issue.) The city finally admits there's a problem, but I'm not sure how they fix it. It's a **** situation, but surprisingly, there's been positives as well. Mrs00 and I keep getting stronger together, we've had to hold each other up at times, and I've realized just how many good friends I've developed over the past few years as I've changed who I am from who I was.
As I mentioned, I probably won't be back, other than possibly some quick drop-ins like this one. Some of the people in here know how to get ahold of me if you wish to, but I'm going to be careful about staying away from the "00clone" persona that I need to put behind me.

I'm sorry that happened to you. One positive take-away - in modern digital times, pictures of your babies are no longer irreplaceable. I wish you good luck in your rebuilding.
It definitely presents challenges at times.
I don't know how my friends with 5 kids in multiple activities do it. I can barely get 2 kids where they need to go. Not a great night's sleep due to multiple factors. May need more than one cup of coffee to get through today.

It works for the most part, but the other half will be in Vegas all next week and Denver the last week of September. One more year to drive to school stuff, but three more until she can get herself further than that.
Kids getting their licenses is a blessing AND a curse.
