So I work with a group that has a VERY motivated co-op. Like he is very good at what they have him doing (which is partially my job but whatevs he is cheaper than me) but dude tone it back a little. You don't need to call about everything and you certainly don't need to leave a lengthy voicemail about it. Oh and multiple emails over the weekend?

This sounds good in theory but I don't know if you realize that Mark Ruffalo is from Wisconsin. In every movie he's probably pumping subliminal messages out there telling you to drink beer, eat cheese, call food by weird names and murder people.

Being that this house is being organized by GTO, I think we should keep it close to Dallas. There's a place in Waco that seems like it would be about the right size and isn't currently being used. It's called the Branch Davidian Compound. Also, this is only about 2 hours from CStrunk's current residence so he could easily maintain this new and promising relationship.
