Admittedly, I didn't remember steel drums, but yeah, it seemed more reggae to me, other than I was pretty sure it was a Hawaiian song...which was why I was unsure. I thought reggae was pretty much carribean only.

I told him to shut his face, since he didn't even know UNI was playing. Carl won't use a pink towel if that's the only towel left in the bath towel pile. Carl doesn't wear shoes unless he's required to.

Mid august? If you find one, that'd be cool. I was looking at buying an MP3 of "Reggae Hits: The Best of Butch Helemano & The Players of Instruments" and burning to a CD, but that's kinda janky. A real recording would be better.

Let a fella know, if you don't find anything, no bigs, but if you do, that's sweet.

I'll keep an eye out for something. You'd be surprised the Hawaiian based things you can find around here. If I find it, you may have to trust me with a mailing address though. I won't give it to Brooklyn Cowgirl, but I can't promise with her Gary Oldman friend.
 
Hey, cowgirl...something interesting... Take a look at how pantsy handled that when I said I would really appreciate something he could help me with. He didn't ask for airline tickets, he didn't say he would do something, and then start backpedalling, he just said he'd see what he could do...and then he f'ing delivered...like a boss. Send the guy a pie already, huh?

Also, remember that you would get both a child deduction and mortgage interest deduction makes budget numbers go from ok to fantastic.

Oh, definitely. Especially since this is a job I want.

A friend/co-worker at a different job we're working this summer together is the one who referred me/helped me land the interview I got. She got hired 5 days after her interview at this place, but that's in a different department than what I interviewed for. I was hoping I would hear back just as quickly as she did, but I'm not getting discouraged just because I haven't yet.

I at least have a temporary/seasonal job in my field to tied me over for the next couple months.

Are you still working around Ross? Had a fun time taking Z there last week.
 
I've recently been renting a TV series called "The 4400" from Netflix. This was one of the suggested movies, based on what I've rented in the past. Ummmmmmmmmm?
