Now I don't want to wear yoga pants, but I'm ****** that in offices everywhere women get to wear skirts, capris, and dresses while we're stuck in slacks and jeans if we're lucky.

I want to wear shorts whenever girls are allowed to wear skirts dang it!

My last job, women were allowed to wear pretty much anything they wanted as long as it wasn't jean material. Men, on the other hand, could only wear black slacks, a white or light blue button down and a tie. I always hated they had the freedom to wear whatever they want, yet I only got the variety of two colors of shirts.

It's like my mind refuses to think of this in absolutes. DH asks last night if we're buying. "I guess so". Realtor asks today "Pretty sure"


and yes hippity, anything unusual would be framed on the cows.

Does this mean you have huge tracts of land?

define huge? More than we ideally wanted but we'll deal. Which is ironic considering we turned down a lot of places because of their tiny yards.

As a señorita with no-so-small calves, I think most boots have small shafts. But, go to a Zappos or online shoes and you can specifically shop for boots that are narrow shaft. Of course, this might not be the most ideal time of year but closer to fall and all the new styles come out.
