No wonder Erica and Matt thought it was best for their family...

We have a famous pron star? Who dat? Need to research....One thing that I have learned is that, with the exception of football players, Ty Burrell and Gene Kelly, the Penn State alumni base is almost as boring as ours. And they don't have the famous pron star, the soccer player from The Real World, or me.
Damn. Victor Kiriakis is still kicking?Penn State Alum?
Saquon Barkley?
Micah Parsons?
Jack Ham?
Jennifer Anniston's dad?
Yeah uhhh what?We have a famous pron star? Who dat? Need to research....
Well he was very complimentary to start (see below)... would be interesting to see a clip.
Agreed. Seemed to be comparing our "start up" from a few years ago to PSU's current state.Sounds like he was talking about “We Will” to me. Sounded like he was saying that Penn state has the funds immediately to get players and not have to have a “We Will” type program. I didn’t take that as anything more than that.
I'm looking forward to Rogers taking ISU to a 12-1 season with a one point loss to the #1 team in the country in the B12 CCG and being shunned by the Playoff Committee.Campbell went 50-40 in B12, 3-7 against Iowa, won some bowl games, no scandals.
That'll be tough to top. But it can be done. Will be fun to see how Coach Rogers does.
58 minute mark i believe is what he is talking about
At the risk of turning this into another Iowa-DCI-was-wrong thread... I'd say the time our staff and players made national headlines for breaking gambling rules was a pretty rough lookCampbell went 50-40 in B12, 3-7 against Iowa, won some bowl games, no scandals.

I just find it interesting that there is a consistent trend emerging where people have to characterize things with respect to Pollard in a way that does not hold up to close scrutiny. Now, I'm sure he is prickly and a control freak, a lot of people are. But I'm left with the impression after a long weekend that a heightened emotional investment in the former staff has led individuals to want to make Pollard a scapegoat. That doesn’t seem to be any kind of swipe at Pollard or ISU.
I’m at loss as to how we as ISU fans aren’t seeing what continues to come out as confirmation Campbell is exactly who we thought he was.
I’ve heard people say how someone leaves a relationship tells you a lot about that person, and if anything I’m more inclined to think Matt Campbell is a good coach and a good dude based on what has come out.
One the one hand, sign me up!I'm looking forward to Rogers taking ISU to a 12-1 season with a one point loss to the #1 team in the country in the B12 CCG and being shunned by the Playoff Committee.
That last sentence is rather redundant, isnt it?One thing that I have learned is that, with the exception of football players, Ty Burrell and Gene Kelly, the Penn State alumni base is almost as boring as ours. And they don't have the famous pron star, the soccer player from The Real World, or me.

FIFYWatching Matt's presser at Penn State.... I'm even more appreciative of having JP here. Matt's walking into a sh*t show at Penn State... yikes. That guy he's going to be working for is a CLOWN.
Expectations have already been put on Matt in this presser... gotta take PSU to a National Title. That's a lot for a guy who said winning isn't the most important thing. Good luck Matt!
Also... almost made me puke when Matt talked about the integrity that Pedo State University stands for.
To some degree it is human nature though.I just find it interesting that there is a consistent trend emerging where people have to characterize things with respect to Pollard in a way that does not hold up to close scrutiny.
