PSU Campbell Presser

My good friend, a PSU alum who lives in State College, just told me one of the last questions at Campbell's PSU presser addressed the NIL rumors. Supposedly Campbell took a shot at JP saying how he and staff had to create their own NIL and do everything themselves. So it appears some of those rumors running around are based in fact..

JP needs to get his **** together regarding NIL.

This sounds like the opposite of what was said though. The version that was posted here said Jamie had all the funds and would not allow the coaches to do what they want with them. This version says Campbell had the funds and had to do it himself. I am confused.

I'm confused, I thought the complaint was JP controlled all the NIL and made all the decisions. Now people are mad that the staff had to do all their own NIL?

Watching Matt's presser at Penn State.... I'm even more appreciative of having JP here. Matt's walking into a sh*t show at Penn State... yikes. That guy he's going to be working for is a CLOWN.

Expectations have already been put on Matt in this presser... gotta take PSU to a National Title. That's a lot for a guy who said winning isn't the most important thing. Good luck Matt!

Also... almost made me puke when Matt talked about the integrity that Penn State University stands for.

Sounds like he was talking about “We Will” to me. Sounded like he was saying that Penn state has the funds immediately to get players and not have to have a “We Will” type program. I didn’t take that as anything more than that.

Yes - he started saying it a little after when talking about NIL saying "we didnt have an AD who..." after saying they had to do it themselves and create their own collective.

Perhaps open to interpretation on that since he stopped himself in mid sentence.

Sounds like he was talking about “We Will” to me. Sounded like he was saying that Penn state has the funds immediately to get players and not have to have a “We Will” type program. I didn’t take that as anything more than that.

He also started saying "we didnt have an AD who.." then quickly stopped himself.

I guess this could be taken a few ways.
