I can't say I know a lot of Benny's history but he hasn't had any problems at Sporting KC.

yes he has, it just isn't big enough news to make the news cycle. its known you just kinda keep your distance. one hell of a attacking midfielder though and SKC puts up with it because they need him.

Lolz "fastest kit"! Love those graphics. Nice marketing "perfect locked-In feel". What is this underwear. I guess it might help with other teams not being able to grab your jersey as easily to slow you down.

Rant - not sure nike knows what theyre doing anymore and i typically like nike's design and appearal ... For starters, Lets bring out a black jersey to be used during copa america which is taking place during the summer ... Makes perfect sense ... And secondly im not sure the last time someone from nike looked at an american flag but there are stars and stripes and in red, white and blue. Last yrs womans jerseys were plain white with black trim and highlight yellow/green accents ... This yr we have baby blue with a small amount of red trim ... Come'on nike!

The US has 2 more World Cup qualifiers coming up both against Guatemala. First, the US will be in Guatemala on Friday night (March 25) with the second match on Tuesday (March 29) in Columbus. Here's the roster Klinsmann has called in:

U.S. ROSTER BY POSITION (Club; WCQ Caps/Goals)
GOALKEEPERS (4)
: David Bingham (San Jose Earthquakes; 0/0), Brad Guzan (Aston Villa; 9/0), Tim Howard (Everton FC; 30/0), William Yarbrough (Club Leon; 0/0)

DEFENDERS (9)
: Ventura Alvarado (Club America; 0/0), Matt Besler (Sporting Kansas City; 8/0), Steve Birnbaum (D.C. United; 0/0), John Brooks (Hertha Berlin; 0/0), Geoff Cameron (Stoke City; 15/1), Edgar Castillo (Monterrey; 4/0), Omar Gonzalez (Pachuca; 8/0), Michael Orozco (Club Tijuana; 4/1), DeAndre Yedlin (Sunderland; 0/0)

MIDFIELDERS (8)
: Kyle Beckerman (Real Salt Lake; 6/0), Alejandro Bedoya (Nantes FC; 3/0), Michael Bradley (Toronto FC; 26/5), Mix Diskerud (New York City FC; 3/0), Ethan Finlay (Columbus Crew SC; 0/0), Fabian Johnson (Borussia Monchengladbach; 11/1), Darlington Nagbe (Portland Timbers FC; 2/0), Lee Nguyen (New England Revolution; 0/0)

FORWARDS (5)

The 2 matches the U23s have on the same days may be even more important. They are playing a home-and-away tie against Colombia with the winner qualifying for the Olympics. Here's that roster:

GOALKEEPERS (3): Cody Cropper (Milton Keynes Dons), Ethan Horvath (Molde KJ), Zach Steffen (SC Freiburg)

DEFENDERS (8): Kellyn Acosta (FC Dallas), Matt Miazga (Chelsea FC), Eric Miller (Colorado Rapids), Tim Parker (Vancouver Whitecaps FC), Desevio Payne (FC Groningen), Shane O'Neill (Cambridge United), Brandon Vincent (Chicago Fire), Walker Zimmerman (FC Dallas)

MIDFIELDERS (9): Fatai Alashe (San Jose Earthquakes), Paul Arriola (Club Tijuana), Luis Gil (Queretaro), Julian Green (Bayern Munich), Emerson Hyndman (Fulham FC), Jerome Kiesewetter (VfB Stuttgart), Matt Polster (Chicago Fire), Dillon Serna (Colorado Rapids), Wil Trapp (Columbus Crew SC)

FORWARDS (3): Jordan Morris (Seattle Sounders FC), Mario Rodriguez (Borussia Monchengladbach), Khiry Shelton (New York City FC)

I'm on my phone and feeling lazy so no link, but Pulisic was supposed to join the Senior Yanks for the upcoming matches but didn't make the trip back to the States due to illness. It sounds like the door is open for him to join the team for the second match against Guatemala in Columbus if his health permits.

saw this, bet they want to cap tie him as soon as possible. Croatia is just his passport, but as long as it is still an option, people will speculate. Plus Dortmound wouldn't release him for U-23 duty.

If you're looking for a way to burn the 2 hours before the Cyclones tip tomorrow, the U23 match in Colombia starts at 4 central on FS1. Then after the Cyclones advance, the senior team's match in Guatemala begins at 9 on beIN sports. And before somebody complains about the match being on beIN sports (which always seems to happen), remember that the Guatemalan Federation gets to sell the broadcast rights for their home matches. US Soccer doesn't make that decision.

From what I've seen he's pretty set on the USA.

I don't want to think about that basketball game anymore.

The lineup for the U.S. vs Guatemala:

Dempsey-Wood
Bedoya-Mix-Bradley-Yedlin
Castillo-Orozco-Gonzalez-Cameron
Howard
