Well, when former president Kim Jong Il scores 11 straight holes in one on the first 11 holes of the first round of golf he's ever played, I would guess winning gold medals isn't too much to ask for.

Well, when former president Kim Jong Il scores 11 straight holes in one on the first 11 holes of the first round of golf he's ever played, I would guess winning gold medals isn't too much to ask for.
I believe this is the first time Turkey has sent a women's basketball team to the olympics.
How would anybody know? I am sure the North Korean news just reports they won everything and all other countries are inferior to them.
Also the stories about the punishment the Iraqi soccer team received were pretty bad as well.

They're fun to watch. It's not their fauly that we sent a professional team.
Yeah, in this case I guess I have to root for the US. I have this love for Turkey for multiple reasons. I hope they do well overall.

Even the Brits have managed to win some gold medals today.
Now back to American and Chinese dominance.

We had to give them a couple token golds for hosting, they can have a rowing gold.
Impressive though that they said the one lady hadn't been in a boat until a few months ago. I've never been in a bobsled before, maybe I should go for it in the next winter games.
As one of my friends said, the only reason why China is winning is because they made all the equipment.
Yeah I found that interesting too.
I think the skeleton would be a pretty sweet event to compete until you crash of course.
