Well my son was at the Chicago airport from a business trip to China and snapped a pic of him and Milan at 8:30 this morning. Just him. They had a good chat. Sat just in front of him.

Just came south out of Algona On Hwy 169. Stay put. Can’t see the road , you can see maybe a 1/4 mile.

Visibility in that band got down to about 60-70 yards at our place. That's sitting not a driving visibility.

Ames ain’t bad. Just need to get behind this band that’s coming, guessing we end up around an inch.
Seems like it's pretty spotty but if anywhere gets snow it's really fast to pile up.

My guess is out of town students and professors might not like driving tomorrow morning. Maybe thats what they are thinking.
It's spring break which makes it even easier for a lot of people to work from home.
It’s already spring break. It’s not like classes are canceling or anything. Probably just out of caution
People did the same earlier this year. Thought the wind would be so strong it was gonna peel the crust off the snow and blow around. Schools ended up closing and it was just a windy day.
