In eastern Iowa and think I'll wait until tomorrow afternoon to drive back to WI. It's just rain here but likely freezing rain there that will turn into snow.

Then it's supposed to be in the teens tomorrow but 60s by Friday.

Hopefully this gives streams and springs a good flush overall.

Any thoughts on when conditions will be really bad in eastern Iowa? Wife is driving back from St Louis to Marion leaving at 2:30p or so. Looks like it should be above freezing until 7 or 8p.

Feels Like temps are supposed to be well below freezing with high winds so it could be freezing rain.

I'd recommend earlier.

Well, for the Twin Cities this seems to be a fizzle. Windy though. Maybe 6" so far, hardly enough to disrupt bus service as they are reporting on the radio that routes are running 5 minutes late! LOL. Five minutes.
