I think Jerriann on WHO-TV mentioned yesterday that there was talk of snow around T-giving time but then she said it didn’t look like it was going to now.

Yeah. I unplugged our outdoor inflatable decorations today. I feel if they're lying flat on the ground, they're less likely to be impacted by the winds. They're also right up next to the house, so hopefully that'll help.
WU now saying between Friday & Saturday 6 inches of snow for Des Moines. Guessing that might be a bit high but still think we will get a good amount for our first snow.
Our son and his girlfriend are going to the Nebby/Iowa game on Friday. She's a husker fan and he's all ISU and dislikes Iowa with a passion. His mind set is "F the Hawks". They are looking at around 4 " of snow on Friday. and cold temps with wind. Sure glad our game last Saturday was super nice for mid November!

His mindset has to be “F the girlfriend”. Cause that’s the only reason to attend that game. Even then, getting some flowers is the easier route.
She was at our tailgate earlier in the year and a friend of ours from out-of-state asked her if she was our daughter-in-law. The girlfriend's answer was, "not yet, but I'd like to be." She's a keeper in our book!
The Boxster model says no snow. Determining factor is I am not driving to Iowa this week and the weather gods aren't wasting a big blow if it won't catch me on the road.
We cancelled something for Saturday, so I’m guessing it’s nothing.
Parts of the UP of Michigan will be measuring the snow in feet this week
