Looking in the car maybe, the last part maybe he just needed a specific part to fix his lawnmower.
 
That white stocking cap and t-shirt would have really helped him blend into the dark surroundings if he had to evade law enforcement.

This guy's a genius.
 
That's some really high quality video. What kind of system does he have?

Pretty brazen by that guy, too. To stand around and look for nothing in particular for 10+ minutes while risking being caught.....crazy.

That scares me, I have never owned a handgun or a baseball bat, (true fact) watching that video makes me think. Someone that brazen could stumble upon my bedroom, my outbuildings, etc. Seriously that prowler really ****** me off.

Where about in MSP? I've been getting notifications that there have been a lot of garage and car break-ins around NE St. Louis Park/Minneapolis Proper. Hopefully the cops can nail this guy since they have such a clear picture of him.
 
He probably believes all these TV shows and thinks that every storage unit or garage has something like the Ark of the Covenant just sitting in there waiting to be discovered.

Not to mention the sandals - excellent for running from the cops. The only better choice would have been baggy shorts he has to constantly hold up with the shoes that light up when you walk (or run).

I'll keep an eye out for this loser.

Been lots of bikes stolen from garages in the metro area. Seemed they were some thiefs specifically looking for high end bikes. Smash, grab and ride away.

Saw cop car drive up my street real slow yesterday. Only eight homes on my dead end street and it's odd to see the cops on my street unless someone calls them.

A couple blocks west of Minnehaha Falls. Nice area on the Parkway. My son is a Freelance Producer/Shooter/Animator/Editor. He does it all.

He has a DropDown Camera. Decent quality or he would not have it. He is fussy. He called the Police and reported it. Gave them CD's of complete footage, MP4's, still shots, etc. Police were pumped that he had it all the footage and stuff for them. Sounds like a couple of blocks away a neighbor had all their Power Tools stolen. To me, it appeared the guy was casing the place and probably had a group coming to make a quick grab of what he had spotted.

Kind of creepy.
