Nebraska Fail

It’s crazy how they’re blaming it all on the players. Didn’t they have a bunch of like top 20/30 recruiting classes?

I took these numbers from Rivals.
2013 - 17
2014 - 32
2015 - 31
2016 - 24
2017 - 20
2018 - 21
2019 - 23 Current ranking so far

I got these from 247 Sports
2013 - 22
2014 - 35
2015 - 30
2016 - 26
2017 - 23
2018 - 23
2019 - 26 Current ranking so far

Whrn they were leaving, Nebby thought they could get the money and stability, but also dominate an easier conference. They didn't get that, not even close. They now have boring schedules and a losing football team. There is no reason to think they aren't experiencing some buyers remorse.

They SAID it was about money and fairness, etc, but in the end I think it was more about Senator Osbourne saying "my **** is bigger than Texas".

To be fair, he lit Wisconsin up. Nate Stanley is getting NFL hype, Martinez has similar numbers, having played 1 less game. He definitely played better against Wisconsin's defense.

Wisconsin's defense isn't that good though...and pretty sure any time in the past few years that WI has played someone who spreads things out a bit, it doesn't go all that well.

The game was decided when Nebraska put up most of those yards. It is actually a common thing for them. They get down big, the game is essentially over, and then they put up a lot of yards and talk about how close the game was.

I was there...Wisky's secondary is not good and even when it was still close they got into some formations that got Bucky all kinds of screwed up.

I can see their NU's fans acting that way though.

Had some Hok friends a few years ago claim that if Iowa would have just started the game like they did in the 2nd half vs. Stanford....birds of a feather.

Sounds an awful lot like the offensive juggernaut that is Iowa basketball...

This Saturday we are doing our Cajun feed fundraiser for Spina Bifida. Being that the Husker game is at 11am we decided to just start then and go throughout the day.
.As a bonus I get to watch the Husker fans be all disappointed again even though they're all pretty numb. It's nice on Monday mornings when no one at work even mentions the Huskers anymore.

They should a graphic during halftime of the Tech/TCU game about undefeated teams, they showed the top 5 weakest p5 schedules, Huskers were #2. 0-5 with the 2nd easiest schedule in the p5.

I see in the paper today that Frost and Company are now blaming Oregon State since kids have quit this fall and transferred there. Meddling! RB who just quit is getting release but excluding OSU.
