The rumor that makes the most sense is that Aldridge's agent requested the second meeting to try and save face for the Lakers after the leaks about their first meeting. Not good business for an agent to have the Lakers upset with them.
 
I am so upset and p'd off right now! Why do players not want to play with the 'Black Mamba'. We are talking about a 5 time NBA champion and a top 5 player of all time. LaMarcus Aldridge, if you can't handle it, we don't want you! Go play with Tim Duncant. This can be your team in 4 years if you want it to be. Remember this is the best franchise in basketball and one of the best in all of sports. Plus you haven't won anything. Pau benefited a lot from joining us. Even still today people are still scared to death to guard the Black Mamba. You are lying to yourself if you think you can guard him, even if you are a Leonard type of defender. Kobe Bean Bryant is still one of the scariest offensive players in NBA history.

People don't want to play with him because he's an ******* and now that he and the Lakers aren't good enough to be a contender, or even a playoff team at that, they don't want to put up with it. Plus with how he's been just jacking up shots recently I don't want to play with him if I'm a star.
