****Mizzou Predictions****

I'm going to take a different tack on this game. Misery will go on some runs and get some press TO's, fast break baskets and dagger 3's. If the Hilton crowd lets these get them out of the game, Misery runs away with it. If the Hilton crowd of old that would just up the ante when the team needs it most shows up, Misery folds in foul trouble and ISU wins in a close one.

This is what worries me..I have a bad feeling our TO's will be through the roof early. Hopefully we can weather the storm and stay in striking distance

I'm going to take a slightly different approach.

Scotty "wiggles" during player introductions:
MU 81
ISU 69

No Scotty "wiggle" (a la the UT game):
ISU 73
MU 70

I predict it will be a repeat of the aTm game. Good guys by 20+. Two teams headed in different directions. MU does not play well away from home, and ISU is playing as very well right now.

Problem with your logic: Scotty stopped the wiggle several games ago. No wiggle for Miss. Valley State, and we saw that.

Need a different criteria. If the guys keep the intensity, then we win by 8. I'm comfortable with that idea.

Good point. That Mississippi Valley State game was the only game I missed.

I would change "missed" to "was spared." You didn't want to see that.

But it's a different team right now. I don't want to dwell on that one. My bad for bringing it in.

No problem. And I'll take full blame on that game for not being there. Thankfully our team was better than me that day.

Mizzou's guards are REALLY good.

English at 6'6 presents a really touch matchup for Royce. My guess is that he will guard Royce much of the game.

This is one of those games that Ejim and Booker will play huge rolls in if we win. We will need huge offensive output from them, as our guards will struggle to score.

Where does Percy fit into this game? I honestly would rather see Ejim starting, i think he's been great as of late and deserves his starting spot back

A guard dominated game will most likely be fast paced and high scoring. I can't pick against ISU at home this year just because. ISU 76-73.
