So ABC5 is reporting speculation out of cyclone fans (probably this message board) and a list prepared by a local newspaper, which looking at the recent local experience is pretty much as accurate as a dartboard. That sounds pretty concrete there Matt. Maybe you need to go see your dentist.
This could be a win-win for everyone. I just hope its not too late to find a viable replacement for him.
If 5 is reporting it, the smoke, while it doesnt necessarily always mean fire, certainly is very thick.
ABC5 broke both FB coaching hires. There is no way they will sit there and spread rumors, dont forget who their sports director is.
This doesn't make sense. CU AD was spotted in DSM by ABC 5? What are the odds? I mean, how many people know what CU AD looks like? Not too mention seeing him?
Did the reporter not wait around after 1st sight? See who else was in the bldg?
How come there was no contact made with some sort of probing question?
This seems very strange
my guess is they asked but didn't get an answer. that would be totally in line with the report.
The way that the piece is written is just reporting speculation. This isn't even the AD's list, this is the list from the OWH. So he's 1 out of 6 on a list that we don't even know has any affect on the hiring process. Sure sounds like speculation to me.

Just seems strange to report something this openended.
I would think a sentence on them "Trying or Attempts" to ask the nature of the visit would be warrented. Being "unable to confirm" could mean anything. ..
