It's kind of a conundrum. On one hand, this season is "better" than usual for them perhaps that's due to some continuity. On the other hand, with lots of seniors graduating and a 1-man (yes, 1-man) recruiting class coming in, there isn't a lot of hope.

It's a train wreck either way with no great answer.

seems like a mistake, but as someone else pointed out, they have a lot of starters that are seniors, and they still are not good. Yeah, they are definitely better, and are not total garbage, but this might be the best they get under him too.

The fun thing about KU FB searches is that they go out and find someone worse than the incompetent guy you would expect them to find.

Not saying he was the coach to bring them back to a bowl team, but come on you can’t fire coaches every 3-4 years and expect to build a winning program. I should say 3-4 years at a school like Kansas.

Exactly this is why they’ve been so bad. They fire coaches to quickly and then aren’t able to actually build anything.
