Kitty Litter in Schools?

I think it can also be used for tire traction in the snow.

Admin is so afraid of telling kids (and parents) no these days. It's crazy enough to be true. I can see it happening + Admin backing down. What I want to know is what parent wouldn't squash this crap in their kid? I get supporting your kid if they are LBGTQ, but a cat? Crazy....
