Sound was wayyyyy better today.

After the game, anyone know why security held up the entire North exit (on West side) for a while?
I was probably 20 yards back from the security holding up. Not sure what exactly they were holding everyone for, but from what I could see they waited for one of the cyclone shuttle golf carts to come from the direction of the parking lots to go down the ramp to the field.

I couldn't see who was on it, but as soon as that passed the crowd was turned loose.

Really terrible logistics planning for whatever that was for. Turned around and saw the crowd was solid people all the way up to the concession stands of people just waiting to exit. Can't imagine that holding up 10,000ish people was the right way to go no matter who was on that golf cart. Send them down the player entry tunnel, boom problem solved.

Anywhere they sprayed hydro seed was a waste this last week. Will have do redo most of it
Apparently you are more correct that you thought. Looks like they’re tearing up the borders of the lots. I’m guessing for sod to match the others.

Saw work going on earlier in the sprayed patch at the north of the CyTown strip. The spray may have just been a placeholder to minimize erosion. In most places, anyway.

It's been VERY quiet on the new hotel front... Can we assume that has died for now?
This will be a decade long development and I assume the hotel is on the long term plan part of that, if it happens at all. Or maybe not since it would fit in nicely with Scheman for more conventions. Wasn't Scheman remodeled? Or due to be remodeled to so it can support conventions better.

It’s been quiet about everything going in.
I'm optimistic about this project and very excited for the entertainment options it will offer (especially for basketball gamedays), but there's a small part of me that's very worried this will just be a clinic in a parking lot for quite a while.

I think you'll have that building look but a good chunk of businesses don't want a location inaccessible on weekends where there's football or basketball so instead of retail it's going to be a lawyer's office and a dentist and accountants, etc. who will utilize Monday through Friday and don't care what happens on weekends. Sprinkle in a restaurant and a bar and maybe a hotel space and the square footage is filled out on the main level. Then on top you put in as much additional space as tenants desire in addition to the condos.

I was also ~20 yards back from that holdup.. After waiting patiently for a few minutes, I meandered down to the security line to see what the issue was. They couldn't give a clear answer, so I just walked on through with daughter on my back. Right after that, one of the security guys mumbled something like "Fine, let em through, but I'm not responsible...rumble rumble" and the flood gates opened.

You're welcome.

I'm always left confused when I see this list of projects. What am I missing in regards to the Albaugh Family Plaza and Concourse? Even if that number includes the ramps up to the stadium on the north side, the elevated walkway around that end, regrading the hillsides, and the plaza outside the stadium; I still don't see how you get to $30m.

Typo, extra zero?

Or maybe $27 million for the sculpture?
