That's a big loss. Coupled that with Denver Johnson. We may be pretty thin.

Looks like he's gone. Sorry on mobile.. according to Halsted... Discuss

Huge loss, imo. WR core looked decent on paper and now is super thin. After Lazard, we have Daley and Epps with experience but will need Hakeem Butler and the 2 incoming freshman to step up and provide depth.

Hadn't Wesley been suspended a few games last year for attitude issues? I hate losing this kid, he showed flashes of brilliance. So what is that 2 down in 2 days? One let go another we passed up on?

Not a huge loss by any measure, but a loss in depth nonetheless. We still have solid returning experience in Lazard, Daley, Epps and Ryen...and some potential young talent in Salters, Butler, DLC and don't write off Jalen Marten as a potential contributor. Hate getting that thin but if we don't have any other "major" injuries at WR we should be just fine.

Bummer to lose him and Montgomery, but shockingly we still have a number of talented players at WR.
