Ding Ding Ding, we have a winner... Great dealer (not for the house), kept getting some solid 14, 15, 22, 24s...
And he didn't beat anyone with a crow bar when they won a hand. I'll second all those suggestions, it was a fun weekend. The resort wasn't the cheesy flashing lights, 50 foot tall cowboy type casino either, it was very classy, kind of looked like they modeled it after the Wynn.
I hear mancations are nothing more than a bunch of strippers/hookers at a gold course with a casino near by. Is this true?
Your forgetting a couple of important things...
1. Booze
2. Good group of guys (no wives, girlfriends, or girly men)
3. Cigars are highly recommended.
*Strippers are optional but not necessary after a night out at the bars in Iowa City.
Got the term 'mancation' when I was working at Tournament Club of Iowa... We always had groups from Minneapolis, Chicago, etc coming in, playing Harvester one day, hitting Mesquaki, TCI the next day, hitting Prarie meadows, then Legacy and head back home...
