Five Guys service has been awful. We went last night and NUMEROUS (over 10) orders didn't get from the register to the line. None of the workers had a clue as to why orders were being skipped, what orders they should be making, or what needed to be done. One guy next to us was waiting for over 30 minutes for one burger. When he asked about his order, no one could find the slip.

I would also add that having a drive through is generally considered a part of fast food.

The Five Guys in West Des Moines does not have a drive thru and that pains me. I'm a drive thru kinda guy.
 
Whar White Castle? The French Onion Burger was out of this world. No Krystal talk? You guys are rookies, more like burgers.

On a serious note though, In N Out and Culvers are on another level. Now, how bout a Crave Case?

This thread has totally missed the point on Five Guys.

My question is how do you eat at that restaurant and then tell someone about it especially as a dude.

I had five guys this weekend. Oh yeah did it hurt? Did you use lube?

I ate five guys this weekend. Is your jaw sore? Holy cow man that is some serious sausage.

We tried 5 guys for the first time yesterday.

2 burgers
1 large fry
2 pops

$28

Seems a little pricey. I like the fries but I think I prefer Culvers burgers..

I eat there every Friday, 1 regular cheeseburger and 1 mini cheeseburger $13ish. Yeah it's pricey but imo well worth it.
