After watching Mortal Kombat I had the desire to rewatch "Hero" with Jet Li. I'm not a Jet Li fan but I love that movie. There are some amazing fighting scenes with incredible scenery and some nice music as well.

This movie has been on some movie channels (ie Starz, Showtime) lately. It had been FOREVER since I had seen it as it was meant to be seen (unedited). That movie’s a good time.

“C’mon Dorn. Get in front of the damn ball. Don’t give me this ole ********.”

Definitely superior when unedited. But also some humor in how they try to edit it.

"I've only got one thing to say to you. Strike this guy out!"

They even edit the subtitles when the Japanese guy say's they are ******.

One of my favorite movies, maybe of all time. But that may be some recency bias.

Love Tiaka Waititi and thought all of the roles were played so well. Perfect balance of comedy and drama imo

I didn't know what to expect going in, but I really, really enjoyed it and thought it was one of the best movies of that year ('19?)

If you've never seen Atomic Blonde

Really good movie and that fight scene is phenomenal. However, it's not my favorite scene of the whole movie. You can probably think of the one that I like a little better ;)

I'll take a wild guess that Sofia Boutella was involved ;)

A week or so I came across this on Starz and it was just starting and I was like hell yeah. Great movie with so many great lines.

I consider this an underrated scene from BTTF2, for a specific detail … Although mostly consistent with Biff’s general a-hole-ness, it also involves a rare moment of humanity … standing behind the tree, giggling as he sees his younger self in action, and it conjures a gleeful recollection (even though the actual event sucked for him when it happened) … “The manure,” he says with a grin. “I remember that!”

—> Side note: Any time spousal500 and I watch this movie, she still gets irritated when Biff throws the ball onto the roof — I laugh every time, because it’s a perfect “Biff” thing to do.

This reminds me of one of my favorites, Kung Fu Hustle.

James Horner’s orchestration combined with the lightning crashes is perfect.

5:30 ~ “Is that the extent of your powers, little one?”

I like to use that line on my cat whenever he picks a fight with me.
