Baylor had a delay against Stephen F. Austin. I remember the Okie State/Tulsa game and Notre Dame had a big delay against S.Florida, I believe. Chalk up that Oklahoma vs.T.Tech to the list too.

Lightning at the stadium has caused a delay in the fb gm. Kickoff won't start til 30 min after last strike of lightning.

2 hours after last lightning. They have to get the 90 minute pregame warm up clock on after that.

They're contracted to broadcast this game, no matter what time it is played. Just look at the Oklahoma State-Tulsa game that didn't start until after midnight and didn't end until 3:35 a.m. The game was broadcasted live in its entirety.
