I don't know if it's been identified yet. If it's surveilence footage than I would assume it's not in the public domain and only in the hands of law enforcement.
Now if you can determine which photos are from Lord and Taylor than maybe we could connect a few more dots.
I don't believe a video has been posted. Just various screen shots of a couple of people with backpacks/bags that could possibly match the description of what the device was hidden in.
This is a thread posted earlier from reddit that has some screen shots that I guess are supposed to be from that video.

I'd guess the FBI is keeping that video very close to the vest at this point if they have control of it. Perhaps its already out there in the public domain....have not seen it yet myself.
Makes it seem more likely that they are letting this key piece of info be public (suspect id'd on video) for a reason. My guess is trying to flush out the suspect or suspects.
Sorry I didnt have much info to go on.. was following the live ABC5 online feed earlier and they kept referencing the Video from the Lord and Taylor building.. Also some footage from during the bomb scare were a van went into the courthouse.
