A silo is a tower.I just hope the hotel is still a tower. I want a tower.
I'm guessing the majority of interest is from Corporations for client hostingI am sure they have done their homework on the market for these things, but man that feels steep. On the lowest end of that range, I could buy just about any house I wanted to the west of Beach and own it outright vs a 10 year lease that leaves me nothing to show for it.

We need to just lean into it.Love Sukup but does all of their sponsorships have to be made out of grain silos? lol. Looks cool though.

Totally agree that there is some sort of premium attached to the proximity. Being right in the parking lot versus a 5 minute walk away. I'm just curious if we have enough fans with the means and desire to pay for it. All I read on here day in and day out is how we are a frugal fanbase, how we don't have that pool of whale donors. Every press box expansion discussion mentions there isn’t demand for suites beyond what we have.and you could rent it out.
The other side of the stone is that house won't be as close to Jack Trice or Hilton.

Also wonder/hope the amphitheater is built to accommodate largeish acts. Having more concerts like they had last summer with smaller acts here would bring in folks during the off season.Curious how this will affect the bandshell and City of Ames downtown marketing/experience.
