Cytown Update

I am sure they have done their homework on the market for these things, but man that feels steep. On the lowest end of that range, I could buy just about any house I wanted to the west of Beach and own it outright vs a 10 year lease that leaves me nothing to show for it.
I'm guessing the majority of interest is from Corporations for client hosting

and you could rent it out.

The other side of the stone is that house won't be as close to Jack Trice or Hilton.

The next BOR meeting is 2/27, so I assume that ISU's video release will be coinciding with the meeting agenda release -- which is usually a week ahead.

Totally agree that there is some sort of premium attached to the proximity. Being right in the parking lot versus a 5 minute walk away. I'm just curious if we have enough fans with the means and desire to pay for it. All I read on here day in and day out is how we are a frugal fanbase, how we don't have that pool of whale donors. Every press box expansion discussion mentions there isn’t demand for suites beyond what we have.

That just seems hard to reconcile with the idea that a bunch of people are going to pony up 500k to 2.5m for a 10 year agreement on a gameday crash pad.

Totally trust JP to do the due diligence on this stuff. Just find it interesting.

Love Sukup but does all of their sponsorships have to be made out of grain silos? lol. Looks cool though.
