"With Tyrese Haliburton, All Things Are Possible"
The NBA’s assists leader is transforming Indiana’s style, culture, and future—one hit-ahead outlet pass at a time. Is it enough to attract other stars to the small-market Pacers? "They know that I can help bring people here," Haliburton says, "not only with who I am as a basketball player, but...www.theringer.com

He might be running out of chances. He’ll get a few opportunities, but feel like all that George’s has, THT lacks. It doesn't seem that THT's start to the season has won over observers in Utah - I think he's now out of the starting line-up - and this is one of the harshest pieces I've seen:

The Utah Jazz can’t afford to play Talen Horton-Tucker anymore
The Utah Jazz have got to realize that they can't keep playing Talen Horton-Tucker any longer, as he's costing the team countless possessions.thejnotes.com
His (traditional) stats so far:

I think Horton-Tucker hit his ceiling. He's a below average athlete by NBA standards for a 6'-2" to 6'-3" guy and never developed a great outside shot. He plays like he did at Iowa State. He can score in bunches at times and make some plays with his passing, but he's terribly inefficient, and is so-so defensively due to a lack of lateral quickness.I think a lot of us questioned THT’s actual ceiling early on, but the NBA guys kept saying it’s just about to show. It still hasn’t.
He hasn't slowed down much in the 2nd quarter -- 6-8 FG
And NO TURNOVERS! The guy is amazing.Finished with 33/7 and 15 assists in a W. Not too shabby.
And a doughnut in the TO department!Finished with 33/7 and 15 assists in a W. Not too shabby.
He is an incredible shooter. On pace to become the best basketball player from Iowa State. I said it before and I will say again, he is the best PG (both in college and pro) from ISU.Finished with 33/7 and 15 assists in a W. Not too shabby.
He’s already there for me.He is an incredible shooter. On pace to become the best basketball player from Iowa State. I said it before and I will say again, he is the best PG (both in college and pro) from ISU.

He is a 50/40/90 shooter this year and nearly that for his career, which is literally the whole grail of efficiency.I think he's hit his ceiling. He was a 50/40 guy while he was in college as well.He is a 50/40/90 shooter this year and nearly that for his career, which is literally the whole grail of efficiency.
Dang you’re right. I didn’t read the post commented on. Just thought it was about Halliburton. He’s right about THT!I think letterlenny is talking about Talen Horton Tucker, not Tyrese
