Yes they do, but I'm not sure where you can find out how much...unless you know how to hack into the cable box and get into diagnostic mode. Apparently, a number of years ago, Comcast was really bad about it and a rash of complaints arose.
Just a follow up on Roku Stick vs Fire Stick - on Reddit, some are mentioning that the fire stick is performing a lot better than the roku stick at streaming SlingTV. Again, that's just what I read and I own neither device. Just trying to help.

I have an a amazon fire stick and no use for it. Doesn't seem to stream well for us. I'd part ways for $10.
I have had a Roku stick for about a year. Love it. But don't do Sling TV on it. Watch mostly Netflix and Hulu Plus and have had no issues. Biggest difference between it and Amazon stick is that Amazon doesn't have HBOGO. But if you have a Kindle Fire HDX, you might be able to cast to Amazon stick.
That would be cool. I am thinking about getting Fire TV for the basement, but would like HBO GO. I have an HDX and could cast, but having it directly on the Fire TV would be much better.
I'm not hip with this kind of stuff since I haven't had a tv for a while, so correct me if I'm wrong. You get the Fire TV stick for free with 3 month sling TV purchase, plug it into your HD TV, and boom, you're watching TV?
As long as you have a capable internet connection, yes. It's super easy and the Sling website does a good job of explaining setup procedures.
You have to subscribe to some of the services like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime (although they have Pay Per View type stuff too), Sling TV. There are some free things like Crackle. The cost of these are MUCH less than cable or dish. I also think if you get Fire TV, you get a free month of Amazon Prime.
I'm not a huge fan of the interface. I'd prefer a more typical dish/directv menu where you can scroll through & see what's on and what's coming up on the channels.
Some of us live in heavily wooded areas that interfere with reception and/or a long distance from the broadcasting stations.
Yeah, I doubt the major networks will sign up sense they are available via antenna and/or Hulu Plus and the CBS App.
