Ty Lawson would have gone at least 1st round
And THAT'S why he shouldn't be a serious NBA prospect, at least not this season. His mid-to-outside-range game just isn't there yet.
That may be, but that's like saying that the Yugo was the best automobile to come out of Yugoslavia. Do you settle for inferior just because that's all that's available?
Either you misunderstood or you're just plain wrong. Blake Griffin a "for sure" lottery pick last year? He averaged 14.7 points a game last season and was only the #9 scorer in the conference.

Stats don't really matter...if you have NBA talent you will be drafted. Hell, you don't even have to start for your college team to get drafted...see Zach Randolph.

Only Joakim Noah actually and Noah was projected as the #1 pick but then he fell to #9 and had his teammates (who weren't nearly as hyped as him) go ahead of him at #3 and #6.
One thing I think is hilarious is that we usually cannot hype up our guys enough, yet when any NBA talk comes up, everybody points out how there is no way he's good enough to go pro.
Somehow people have to rationalize Brackins hopefully returning...

Craig has much to improve, but he's got the talent there already to go. Well, except when he's at the top of the key, pump fake and then dribbles. I think he's got a 100% travel ratio when doing that.
