This is from the Breaking Bad wikia:
Hector was rendered invalid possibly from a stroke or some form of motor neuron disease; such as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS)/Lou Gehrig's disease.

I don't think it's going to be a major part of the show, but who knows.
Possibly. As in, possibly a stroke, but possibly by Mike giving him a Stone Cold Stunner in the parking lot of Los Pollos Hermanos.

I really hope that others feel like I do about this show so that they will keep it going. I enjoy this show much more than BB. But I think it's mostly because of the way BB made me feel about myself. Not sure. Kind of felt dirty watching it, same with Dexter. Something to do with siding with the bad guy doesn't set well in my moral compass.

I love this show. Just like Breaking Band, its incredible even when it is slow... or maybe because it is slow?

We caught up on the last two episodes Tuesday. Last night, Breaking Bad was on late... turned it on and its the episode where Hector kills Gus with the bomb rigged on his wheelchair tied to the bell! I think the actor who plays Hector is awesome, he shows so much emotion just through facial expressions when he is wheelchair bound.

Just finished this week's episode. Love the show. It is slow, but holds my interest. Mike was my favorite BB character, and I almost quit watching after his final episode.

I think the shots from the future are done to set up the events of the show from the past. It's showing how much Jimmy/Saul has changed. Shows him longing for the past by watching his old commercials.

I guess they could end the series by showing something significant happening in the future, but it may just end up that Saul fades off into nothingness in the wasteland of Nebraska.

Not sure if you caught it but Kim is from a Kansas/Nebraska border town and Saul/Jimmy/new alias is a stones throw I keep trying to remember Kim's bits in Breaking Bad...I'm guessing there are some real tricks up their sleeve that could somehow bring Hank back into the fold as well. I never saw a funeral and the cops arrived just after he passed out...I'm holding onto a Cyclone fan's pre-season glimmer of hope this might happen. Either way I'm guessing we are slowly dropped more hints about life post BB.

Mike is an amazing character in this show. He's one bad *** mo fo that you don't mess with! They could easily do a whole series around his character.

Yup Saul is about to make an appearance. I don't remember Kim in Breaking Bad.

Highlight of the show for me was when Jimmy took the drink out of the interns hand and threw it away (although I was hoping he would dump it on her head).

Kim has something shady in her background, she is really reluctant to talk about her past.

I didn't understand the can part. What did it symbolize?

Did Kim meet Jimmy at HHM mailroom or did she follow him out there? I hope they explain her backstory in a scene this season.

Not exactly sure.
What disappointed me was when Jimmy stole from dad's til. Wish it wasn't him who did take the money. You want to believe in him, then he lets you down.

I think it was just him extracting a little revenge on someone he felt was a b.

The intern was an annoying b, so taking the can and throwing it away was Jimmy's way of telling her to f off.

I believe Jimmy and Kim met at HHM. Jimmy came to NM from Cicero and Kim came to NM from the NE/KS border town.

She lectured Jimmy a few episodes back about recycling cans (not throwing them in the garbage). This was his way of giving her an FU on the way out.

Goes deeper than him just stealing from the till. He was disappointed that his dad was a sheep (to reference the con man) and it was the beginning of Jimmy becoming Jimmy the Wolf.

Yea, I was hoping Chuck's story to Kim about $14,000 being missing was either BS or Dad had secretly used some money to pay for Chuck's school, and did not want to tell Chuck himself since his business failed.

Now this scene throws up the possibility that Jimmy stole from his dad. Still don't think it will prove out to be true. Bet the $8 was an isolated incident.

I was actually hoping Jimmy ripped off the con man and sold him $5 bucks worth of cigs for $8. That would have been hilarious.

Cannot believe Kim is actually thinking of turning down an awesome partnership track to hang her own shingle.

I still think it might be awhile before we see Saul. Jimmy will prob try to make another go of it as JMG, and something bad will happen.

This show is a great watch. Although I wonder if it would be this interesting if it didn't follow BB.
