UVA opening is very interesting. Bronco was never a good fit for the community; UVA is a pretty unique institution that thinks of itself as Harvard academics with Duke basketball and a football program on the side. Very snobbish but some good people. Already heard that Virginia is reaching out to Campbell and Fickell. No idea if either will so much as pick up the phone but take it for what it is.

I had thrown his name out (and Golesh) as a possible CMC replacement. No idea if either or both are ready, just familiar names if you are trying to keep the band together.

His performance is overvalued by you, absolutely. Particularly jsb who is cliff diving without a parachute at the thought of CMC leaving. You have not been able to support your adornment without brining in irrelevant history.

I'm guessing this was the first time since he started getting good here that he was absolutely not the pick of a school that talked to him. We know he would have taken ND and it seems pretty possible that he would have taken USC.
