NFL: ***2022 NFL Season Thread***

North is wide open for the Bears this year. Packers look terrible, Vikings still have Kirk Cousins, Lions are the Lions.

If only the Bears could stop the run. And pass. Two fairly significant aspects of being good at the professional football.

Or could actually run or pass. What was the stat early on? They have the fewest passing yards this far into the season since JaMarcus Russell was wasting his talent

As both a cyclone fan and a bears fan, are football manufacturers coating the leather with Vaseline?

Idk if it’s recency bias or selective memory, but it sure seems like people just can’t secure routine catches this year more than I recall ever seeing before. Or just crumbling under pressure.

Smith-Marsette is not endearing himself to the Chicago fans. Bad drop and ran into his own guy to kill that drive. Coupled with the fumble to ice the game for Minnesota last week, and he can't have too many chances left

Watching this Bears game is Iowa State’s season in a nutshell. Better offense, better defense, more yards…but a turnover inside the, stuffed 4th and goal from the 1, and a horrible super costly muffed punt.

I hate football.

Montgomery was wide open 2 plays in a row and Fields never looked his direction. Zoned in on Mooney 3 plays in a row and they lose. Lol.
