NFL: ***2022 NFL Season Thread***

Better than the Saints? I'm not a Saints fan and I know Brees was a big reason but they have been solid for a while now.

Browns roster may not be that much better, now that I think about it. But I still think it’s better. Although the NFC South blows, probably would have been easier to make the playoffs there.

Jameis about to sign a $300 million deal since none of this makes sense anymore anyways.

No kidding. Not sure how in the world you can justify giving someone $230 million guaranteed. Especially someone that hasn't played in quite a while and could still be suspended for a year by the NFL.

But this is Cleveland we're talking about, so anything goes. They have no idea what they're doing. If Watson isn't great, he's going to be destroyed by those fans and media in Cleveland.

The way Cleveland is looking at it, he's 26. Even if he's suspended for a year (most likely it will be a lot less) he's still got plenty of prime left at the quarterback position.

I can’t wait until someone gets a billion guaranteed.

Watson still going to have the biggest contract even after paying out civil suits for being a sexual predator.

Seriously... a billion guaranteed is not that far off at this rate.

Rodgers just got $150 million guaranteed.... and now a week or so later a sexual predator that hasn't played for over a year gets $230 million guaranteed.

What's the next guy that's halfway decent going to get? This is nuts!
